Beef Fried with Oyster ( Serves 5 )

Ingredients
600g lean beef
60g (6 tbsp) oyster sauce
8 g (2/3 tbsp) pepper
5 g (1 tbsp) sugar
25 g (3 tbsp)vegetable oil
200 ml (1 cup) water
30 g ( 6 cm) ginger,sliced finely
150 g (15) shallots }
30 g (6 pips) garlic } ground

Garnishing
90 g (1)onion,sliced into rings
30 g (3) red chillies,seeded and sliced lengthwise
1 stalk chinese celery


Method
1. Heat oil in a wok.Add ginger,papper and ground ingredients.
2. Add water and allow to simmer
3. Add oyster sauce
4. Add beef and cook till gravy thickens
5. Add onions and red chillies.Stir well and remove
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion.
* serve hot


DAGING GORENG SOS TIRAM (Hidangan untuk 5 orang)

Bahan-bahan:
600 g daging lembu tanpa lemak
60 g ( 6 sudu makan -> sdm) sos tiram
8 g (2/3 sdm) lada sulah
5 g (1 sdt) gula
25 g (3 sdm) minyak sayuran
200 ml (1 cawan) air
30 g (6 sm) halia,dihiris
150 g (15 ulas ) bawang merah }
30 g (6 ulas bawang putih } digiling

Bahan Hiasan
90 g (1 biji) bawang besar,dipotong bulat
30 g (3 biji) cili merah,dipotong panjang dan buang biji
1 batang daun sup
1 batang daun bawang

Cara memasak
1. panaskan minyak dalam kuali,masukkan halia,lada sulah dan bahan yang telah digiling halus.
2. masukkan air,biarkan mendidih.
3. Masukkan sos tiram.
4. Masukkan daging dan masak hingga pekat.
5. Masukkan bawang besar dan cili merah,gaulkan dan angkat
6. Hias dengan daun sup dan daun bawang
* hidang panas

Note/Nota;
The beaf used is lean.and oil usage is minimum.this reduces calories and saturated fat

Daging lembu yang digunakan adalah tanpa lemak dan jumlah minyak adalah minima.Ini dapat mengurangkan jumlah kalori dan kandungan lemak tepu.
