Ingredients
600 g lean beef
25 g (3 tbsp) vegetable iol
3 g (1/2 tsp) salt
200 ml (1 cup) water
10 g (10) dried chillies }
120 g (12) shallots } ground
20 g (4 pips) garlic }
Garnishing
90 g (1) onion,sliced into rings
50 g (1/2 cup)green peas
50 g (1) carrot,cubes
2 salad leaves
method
1. Heat oil and saute ground ingredients until crisp.
2. Add beef pieces and water.
3. Cook until mixture becomes dry
4. Add garnishing and serve.
Daging Goreng Cili
Bahan-bahan;
600 g daging lembu tanpa lemak
25 g (3sdm) minyak sayuran
3 g (1/2 sdt) garam
200 ml (1cawan) air
10 g ( 10 biji) cili kering }
120 g (12 ulas)bawang merah } digiling
20 g (4 ulas) bawang putih }
Bahan hiasan:
90 g (1 biji) bawang besar,dipotong bulat
50 g (1/2 cawan) kacang peas
50 g (1 biji) lobak merah,dipotong kiub
2 helai daun salad
Cara memasak:
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan yang telah digiling halus sehingga garing.
2. Masukkan daging lembu dan air
3. Masak sehingga kering.
4. Masukkan bahan untuk hiasan dan hidang.
Note/Nota:
Lean beaf is used in the recipe:this reduces calories and saturated fat.
The oil used is lesser than that of the original recipe.This also reduces calories.
Daging lembu yang digunakan adalah tanpa lemak;ini dapat mengurangkan jumlah kalori dan lemak tepu.
Minyak masak yang digunakan adalah minima berbanding dengan resipi asal;ini juga dapat mengurangkan kalori.
